MRAA group shows are the easiest way to participate in showing your artwork. Each member is asked to preregister for the show (through email, at a meeting, or by contacting our Community Exhibits chair) and bring two to three pieces of their work on the appointed day and time. No need to accumulate a large inventory of paintings before you can get your work in front of the public. Unless otherwise specified MRAA shows hang for two or three months. In an effort to get in and out of our hosts’ location with as little disruption as possible, please be sure to have the ID cards for your paintings filled out before you arrive. Blank ID cards are available at every MRAA meeting.
MRAA individual shows hang for three months, from the first week of the starting month through the end of the next month. Sign up for open slots at our meeting or by contacting our Community Exhibits chair. You will be reminded when your turn to hang a show is coming up. At that time contact the artist whose work is already installed at the host venue to arrange to change out the installation according to days and times our host venue has requested.
