John Golden
I have been taking photographs for over 35 years. Since I turned six years old, music and art have been an inseparable part of my life. Photography is my way of drawing attention to the things, moments, and events that we would otherwise never notice or document. I believe that my photos have a story to tell, otherwise, they are just snapshots. My work is characterized by creative composition, clever use of depth of field, and acute focus on lighting, particularly the color of light.
I own and operate John Golden Frames and Fotos in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and am a member of the Professional Photographer of America. Also, I serve as the Music Director at Olivet Moravian Church.
